A Family-Focused Vision Comes To Life
When the homeowner initially approached our team at Dell Outdoor, she had a heartfelt request: to create an outdoor space where her children and grandchildren could make memories together. The idea was to design more than just a backyard—it had to become a multigenerational sanctuary where laughter, celebration, and relaxation could unfold naturally.
At Dell Outdoor, we love projects like this. The property had no existing outdoor living features, giving us the perfect opportunity to design something custom from the ground up. We built a complete environment, from the pool and patio to an outdoor kitchen and pergola—all seamlessly integrated.”
The Heart Of The Space: The Pinnacle 30 In Silver Grey
This transformation’s core is the Pinnacle 30 fiberglass pool by Leisure Pools, installed in a sophisticated silver-grey finish. This pool was selected for its sleek profile and family-oriented design. It features a full-length splash pad ideal for kids, wide entry steps, and seating that makes lounging and socializing effortless. At the same time, you can enjoy your favorite beverage in the pool.
Furthermore, the pool includes high-performance Hayward equipment for reliable functionality, a saltwater chlorinator to ensure soft, skin-friendly water with minimal maintenance, and an automatic pool cover for safety.
Elevating The Experience With Elegant Finishes
What truly sets this backyard apart is the refined detailing. A custom water feature, designed by our own Derek at Dell Outdoor, adds the calming sound and motion of a two-foot sheer descent waterfall framed in Marmiro’s luxurious split-face natural stone marble.
For the surrounding patio, we used premium Italian porcelain from Mirage. This high-end material adds a sleek, cohesive feel to the space while providing durability and resistance to the elements—key for any active outdoor setting.
The landscaping was another intentional element. Nikko blue hydrangeas introduce seasonal color, while evergreen skip laurels and arborvitae hedges offer privacy and greenery all year. The overall effect is intimate luxury—lush, tranquil, yet completely functional.
