Excavation
The initial step involves precise measurement and excavation of the pool area. An engineered concrete slab is then installed as the foundation, facilitating your pool’s craning, positioning, and setting.
Craning and Positioning
With the foundation in place, we crane your pool or spa into position. Once set, the space between the excavated area and the pool walls is carefully back-filled per specification or freestanding with veneer.
Joining Pool Sections
For pools that require multiple sections due to site access or size, the sections are mechanically bolted together with high strength adhesive. The seams are then seamlessly GRP fiber glassed and welded, preparing the structure for the final tile installation.

MOSAIC TILES
All interior finishes are veneered with mosaic glass tiles creating a unique, regal finish with iridescent accents.
GRP GLASS REINFORCED POLIMER
There are two layers of 8mm fiberglass sandwiching 15mm of honey comb between them creating a watertight pool shell and providing increased structural strength.
POLYURETHANE FOAM
Using polyurethane foam not only adds a valuable coating of impermeable insulation but also provides additional protection. This enhances thermal heat retention and adds an “r” value.
